God designed the Church to function much like the human body that takes each part doing its work to be most effective (Eph. 4:16). — “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” (Rom. 12:4-5) — This basically can be referred to as teamwork.
A Starting Point for Team Building
Teamwork and interdependence go hand-in-hand. Team building therefore requires fostering true Body Life so we’re functioning as the Church God designed us to be. Gaining a better understanding of Body Life and steering others toward it therefore should become our starting point for team building.
